How to Bring Our Exhibits to Your Community

We have worked with hundreds of organizations to bring our award-winning diversity exhibits into their communities. You will find our staff delighted to assist you and answer all of your questions throughout the exhibit rental process.

1     Contact Us
We will answer all your questions and work with you to determine your needs and how to make the exhibit a success for your venue. We will send out a packet of information including brochures, rental fees, logistical facts, shipping and handling information, etc. We will talk on the phone and work with you via email to make sure you have all the information you need to make a decision about when, where, and how to show the exhibits.

2     You Decide to Rent an Exhibit (or several exhibits)
We send you a contract and invoice and a Press Packet (all of which you can also download from our website exhibitor section). The Press Packet includes press releases for local media, photographs we can email to your local newspapers, and a poster template to help you make a great poster for publicity purposes. You will also get detailed instructions about shipping and how to hang the exhibit (which is very simple). You will choose some dates (either two weeks or one month periods, or longer if you are working on a bigger tour with other venues in your state), and we will put you in the schedule. You will send us back the contract and a deposit and we will stay in close touch until it's time to ship you the exhibit.

3     Set Up Exhibit
Once the exhibit is received (it arrives via UPS or Fedex packed in a trunk that will fit in the back of any station wagon - see Displaying the Exhibits), you will inventory the contents and then you will set the exhibit up in your venue. We will get it to you several days before your opening at the latest, so you will have plenty of time to prepare. Don't worry - we are only a phone call away and we are happy to help you in this process. It is easy. We will also give you advice about publicity during the exhibition and we are always available to speak to local press if they want to interview us.

4     Return Exhibit
At the conclusion of your exhibition dates, you will simply package the exhibit in the provided trunk and follow our instructions (we stay in touch via phone and email) and return to us or send to the next site.
